Position: Multimedia Copywriter

You’ll generate engaging marketing content for ongoing campaigns. Responsibilities:
Creates, develops and writes a variety of marketing materials and deliverables

Familiarity with search engine optimization best practices for content
Ability to take ideas from concept to execution in a deadline-driven environment
· Ability to conduct interviews and gather testimonial information
· Ability to transform raw statistical data into a compelling story
Translate strategies outlined in creative briefs into engaging concepts and copy
Integrate brands position into multiple components, creating a clear, consistent copy story
Edit, format and rewrite content from third parties, vendors, agencies, etc.
Adaptable and receptive to feedback and critiques from Partners and Marketing Team
Accountable for meeting multiple tight deadlines, with ability to react to immediate company or project needs
Exceptional copywriting skills, including the ability to write in a range of voices for diverse audiences
Comfort participating in team brainstorms
Attention to detail and top-notch grammar skills
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Public Relations, Communications or related field.
· Up to five years related experience.
· Writing experience in multimedia required
· Interest and preferably experience with new media initiatives, such as blogs, newsletters, email marketing and social media presence.
Experience in writing headlines, impactful calls-to-action, emails, websites, banner ads, and PPC ad copy.
· Individual must be detail-oriented and ability to switch gears, juggle multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.
· Good interpersonal skills; ability to forge strong working relationships and work collaboratively across internal organizations.

Director of Financial Aid

Position: Director of Financial Aid
Location: Indianapolis, IN


Responsibility summary:
A local college is seeking a highly qualified Director of Financial Aid to work in a fast paced, high customer service environment who will be responsible for the overall operation of the Financial Aid department and programs including, (1) supervision of department staff including hiring, training and delegation of work assignments; (2) liaison with all State and Federal agencies; and, (3) the preparation and distribution of all Financial Aid materials. This individual will also be responsible for the accurate and efficient administration of all sources of Financial Aid to students.

Responsibilities:
· Recruit, supervise, and oversee training of the financial aid staff
· Oversee Title IV federal student financial aid programs as well as state and alternative loans.
· Maintain compliance with financial aid regulatory requirements as it pertains to federal, state, accrediting agencies and the Home Office
· Working closely with DOA and Admissions staff to deliver cohesive, consistent financial planning experience for new students – ability to finance the dream

Primary Responsibilities:

The Dean of Academic Affairs (DOAA) is a member of Academics Management team and works closely with University and corporate resources to ensure academic integrity, growth, development, retention, and the opportunity for success of all students. The DOAA provides guidance and support to the University learning experience and curriculum-related educational services.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

· Assist Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs in strategic planning, teaching and learning issues;
· Ensures the quality of the online delivery of instruction and curriculum development and revision processes;
· Assists the University Deans as required;
· Participates actively in all relevant University committees, as assigned;
· Participates actively in the UNIVERSITY student retention program;
· Participates in the assessment of student learning through established processes;
· Provides recommendations to the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs for the development, modification and implementation of automated Virtual Campus and CampusVue functionality and navigation;
· Contributes suggestions for instructional improvement to faculty training and development;
· Supervise all Program Chairs;
· Assist Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs with the management and development of Academics staff in the implementation of plans and continuous improvement initiatives;
· Works collaboratively with other Directors and Managers to ensure Academic integrity and quality;
· Serves as the Secretary of the Online Academic Committee;
· Other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

Education
Doctoral degree required.

Knowledge
· Knowledge of curriculum development and course delivery process,
· Knowledge of educational measurements and assessment practices, applicable federal and state regulations and accrediting agency standards and requirements,
· Knowledge of online delivery methods and effective communication in both traditional and online educational forums,
· Understanding of and appreciation for the for-profit education system.

Regional Director of Financial Aid

Position: Regional Director of Financial Aid
Location: Midwest or East Coast

Responsibilities:
· Responsible to work with designated campuses to ensure achievement of key metrics including timely new student packaging and re-packaging, timely cash collection and fund draw down, and improving show rates.
· Provide interim onsite management in the absence of a permanent campus level Director of Financial Aid.· Work with the assigned campus financial aid staff to ensure that financial aid regulatory requirements as pertain to federal, state, accrediting agency and corporate are properly followed.
· Must be able to work comfortably with managers in Admissions, Finance, Academics, Career Services, and Operations and adaptable to working with multiple sites, personnel, and travel.

Requirements:
· 3-5 years experience as a school level Director of Financial Aid.
· A minimum of 5 years in Federal Title IV student financial aid.
· Proficiency in student eligibility criteria and verification, experience with various packaging methodologies, excellent customer service skills, and be organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task.
· Computer knowledge is a must, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as financial aid computer system experience.
· Must have ability to travel to any campus requiring temporary management until campus position is filled.
· Temporary residence at campus location during work week may be required for extended periods of time.
· Management experience is required.

Primary Responsibilities:
Using initiative and independent judgment administer and supervise all operations of the school, including exercise of budget controls, oversight of staffing, marketing, community involvement, and course development/offerings.
